Project description
This project will renovate the residence hall buildings of Foster and McNutt Quadrangles. In each student residence room, the heating, ventilating, and air-conditioning systems will be replaced as well as installation of new fresh air duct to deliver fresh air directly to each student room. The chilled water, building heating distribution systems, fire suppression, and fire alarm systems will be replaced, and additional renovations to Foster Quad will include new roofs, windows and electrical systems.
