Capital Planning and Facilities is responsible for all major building and renovation projects on IU campuses, ensuring that changes to the physical design of campuses follow campus master plans and established standards.
We work with consultants (architects and engineers) and construction contractors for the majority of our projects, as well as with different units within our office.
