Project description

The exterior grounds were improved for the Clinical Quadrangle area on the IUPUI campus. Work included improvements to building and pedestrian access and to vehicular control for service/life safety for public gatherings and special events. The focus of this project was to improve the function of the site in the spirit of the master-planning principles and long-range planning, while incorporating sustainable construction, improving the storm-water management practices of the site, and improving ongoing maintenance activities to reduce annual costs and environmental impact.
