Project description

This project will establish a long-term, land-lease agreement with the IU Building Corporation (IU BloomingtonC), not to exceed 100,000 square feet of space in the IU Indianapolis Office Building, for use by several university departments. IU proposes to enter into this agreement for a term that is in excess of four years, as well as a lease-purchase agreement with the IU BloomingtonC to lease back the facility to the university.
