Project description
Repairs will be made to the facade of the Dunes Medical and Professional Building on the IU Northwest campus. This facility has complications with moisture emanating from all building envelope systems. Repairs are required to prevent further water penetration to the interior. The scope of this project includes restoring windows, cement veneer panels, roofing systems, building insulation systems, sealant systems, mechanical equipment systems, and joints in the metal fascia systems.
