Project description
The Wright Quad Renovation will occur in phases to upgrade building systems and improve accessibility. Central air conditioning will be installed, along with new electrical, plumbing, security, network connectivity, and fire protection systems. Student rooms, lounges and restrooms will be updated. A new elevator will be installed in the northeast wing, windows will replaced in the residential wings, and exterior masonry repaired.
