Project description

Tulip Tree Apartments, located on the IU Bloomington campus, were completely renovated. The interior space of this facility was painted, carpeted, and tiled. The bathrooms and kitchens were completely modernized, including the finishes, fixtures, and cabinets. Work included upgrading all building safety and security systems; all mechanical, electrical, and building lighting systems; and all plumbing and waste systems. Metal windows and walls were upgraded to meet new thermal standards. The limestone facade was cleaned, caulked, tuck-pointed, and, where needed, repaired and replaced.
