Project description
A new student-housing complex was constructed on the IU South Bend campus just south of the St. Joseph River. The facility provides 401 beds in different apartment configurations. A pedestrian bridge leading from campus to the proposed site was also completed. The project is the first of two phases, totaling approximately 800 beds.
