Project description

A student-housing facility was constructed on the Indiana University Southeast campus just west of the academic buildings around the lake. The first phase accommodated approximately 400 beds in seven lodge buildings. Two- and four-bedroom units were organized around a large common space. The project was the first of two phases, which total approximately 700 beds.
