Project description
This project included an addition to the west side of the building to expand the seating area of the commons on the ground floor, as well as the conference center on the first floor. The new ground-level commons expansion nearly doubled the existing seating capacity of the area. The second floor of the addition includes two conference rooms, conference and catering staff offices, a large multipurpose room, and storage space. The addition is a steel frame construction with metal stud and brick veneer exterior skin. The brick veneer and window systems match the existing systems on the building.
