Project description
Two chillers were added to serve Forest Quadrangle with the capability of supplying chilled water to the central campus chilled-water loop. High-voltage electrical service was upgraded to provide adequate service to run the new chillers, towers, and pumps. New four-pipe, fan-coil units were installed in each student room. Additional work included new cooling towers, piping, and asbestos removal in student rooms.
