Project description

The primary objective of the Qualified Energy Savings Project (QESP) for Indiana University South Bend was to reduce utility and maintenance costs by upgrading and/or replacing selected electrical and mechanical systems in the buildings. The secondary objective included reducing maintenance costs of those systems as well as decreasing water and sewer expenses.
