Project description

The primary objective for Phase I of the Qualified Energy Savings Project (QESP) is to reduce energy costs by upgrading and replacing energy-wasteful electrical and mechanical systems in four buildings: the Medical Research and Library Building, the Business/School of Public Environmental Affairs building, the Engineering and Technology Building, and Gatch Hall on the Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI) campus. Secondary objectives include reducing maintenance costs of those systems as well as decreasing water and sewer expenses.
