Project description

This project, totaling $66,000,000, will renovate four buildings on the IU Indianapolis campus (Health Sciences, Dunlap, Bryce, Ott) and three buildings on the Bloomington campus (Mathers/Glenn A. Black [IUMAA], McCalla). Due to their age, these facilities require updated building systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, life safety, and fire protection). Exterior repairs and interior renovations will improve accessibility, efficiency, and safety.
