Introduction to Capital Projects
Indiana University’s Capital Projects team provides expertise in architecture, interior design, construction management, engineering, and quality assurance to support construction and renovation projects across all Indiana University campuses. The team is responsible for the development and transformation of IU’s physical spaces, whether through new construction, interior/exterior renovations, or enhancements to campus landscapes. Our work ensures that every facility aligns with the university’s academic, research, and community engagement goals while maintaining the highest standards for quality and functionality.
